Are there American CSR's @ Dell?
Why can't Dell get orders right? I was sent a CPU without the options I ordered. When I called a Dell CSR, I was told that it's not a big issue. I'm drafting a letter to Dell right now.

Inappropriate?I drafted a letter too. Their customer service is indefensible. I want a full refund for a video card they sent me that was the WRONG ONE! They said they can't refund my money because the item was not returned within the 21-day timeframe. So what? They sent me the wrong product to begin with!
