Can someone tell me how to clear cache, history & cookies from Dell Inspiron 8200

I have a Dell Inspiron 8200, I don't know how to clear the cache, history or cookies from the system. The only person I know that has the answer NEVER showed me. -_- I have asked several times. Can someone help me?

What Browser what os? If its windows install ccleaner its free it works rather well and clears that stuff on all your installed browsers. http://www.ccleaner.com/

If its linux need to know if you are using firefox opera or konqueror or other
