Cancel/Return POLICY a JOKE!!
First I tried to cancel order number 399340805..Said I could not because it was going to be shipped out next day..Ok so I get order had to leave town and sent email requesting return pick up..No reply. Called today and told "to bad past 21 days froms purchase" How can they do that when I didn't recieve until 8/4!! Then I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes to speak to manager I finally hung up! How can they get away with such policies!!
