Crappy customer service and help

If a computer has had an issue from day one and i have worked with tech support for over 5 hours (3 hours on one day) why won't you do the return for a defective product even though it is over 21 days. I spent an additional hour on the phone between customer care and tech support today. Tech support states yes lets do the return and customer care says they can't do it. What a crappy company i will never do business with you again i will make sure nobody in my company does etier.l
