Customer Service, anyone?
Dell studio laptop 1535 softkey media buttons haven't worked right since day 1. Did everything tech support could do. trying to get unit replaced and i can't reach a human in customer service who could do this. can anyone help with a number?

Inappropriate?Hi. If updating to the latest BIOS rev fails to fix the issue, you need to have the center control cover replaced. It is a customer replaceable part. Tech support should be able to send the part out.1 Comment

thanks i finally got a female tech support person who after reviewing all my calls and emails agreed that i need a new computer.
and because i was within the 21 days, it's a brand new one.
Hopefully. Not really believing but keeping my fingers crossed.
