Dell Computer, Inc. can't compute fairness.

Dell Computer/Dell Financial continue to harass me in a collection effort even though I owe them nothing. My only contact was with Dell Computer, by phone, 2 1/2 years ago. I have no contract with either party, have received no money (loan, funds, line of credit, etc.) from either party, and I have no goods or merchandise from either. Despite my phone and letter explanations and letter protests to Mr. Dell and several of his apparent agents, they continue to harass me with calls at least once per day.

If Dell doesn't correct the situation and insure that any negative remarks that they may have posted to my credit report are removed immediately, and because it would appear that they don't care about whether or not they are acting in good faith, it looks like I will have to turn to the remedies provided to me by the law.
