Dell Data Safe fails.

I have spoken with 4 supervisors over as many weeks and they still cannot resolve the errors or get my dell data safe to work at all. Each time I call and escalated hte issue I am asked to wait 48 hours and suffer through them going through the same steps on my computer. Considering they are a technology company they cannot document anything to reference during each call.
