Dell Price Change

Dell price change -Just purchased a Sony 52" V Series less than 10 days ago. The price dropped $100.00. I have not received the TV as there was another delay in shipping. When I contacted Dell about crediting my account for the differnce, they replied they would not because "Dell does not offer price protection". Has anyone dealt with this attitude from Dell? This is my first purchase from Dell and I would think they would offer better customer service. I haven't received the TV yet and seriously considering not accepting the TV if this is any indication of their customer service.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
