I bought a DELL computer.
Windows is NOT genuine according to a screen that MICROSOFT is flashing.
I was cheated. I am not a computer expert. Why are stores able to sell stuff like this ?
I have lost programs, sound and the mouse will lock up !
What should I do now ?

What OS are you running and when did it start doing this? A lot of things can affect the accurate validation of Windows, including firewall settings, browser settings, administrative rights, and network status.
