Great for do it yourselfers

Their tech support really is flexible for those do it yourselfers. They dont force a technician on you if you think you can install a broken piece of hardware yourself.
They shipped me a new bluetooth chip for my laptop in only a day and I didnt have to schedule an appointment. Just popped it in myself which much less hassle.
