Error code 0F00137B how do i get this fixed computer does not reconize dvd/cd burners I am trying to burn a disk for a family and cant get it to work I own a funeral home and purchased this computer with a dell rep telling me this would do everything i would need so far i have spent more money with dell tech than i have made with this computer (not happy)

Inappropriate?What PC model and operating system? Open up the device manager- DVD/CD-Rom devices. What is listed? Is this an out of box issue or have you had it for awhile? Does the drive read data or music CDs?
