I have an Invalid Service Tag and Dell will not help me
How can I get Dell to help me with my invalid Service Tag. They just keep transferring me, telling me to call back, telling me to call Costco, and Hanging up. I have tried every self help method online and my Bios is correct

Thanks but I tried that it won't go through because the Service Tag won't work error msg: The following service tag(s) are invalid: 42N06J1. Please enter the service tag(s) again.
I checked my Bios and it matches the above number -
Inappropriate?What is the express service code? It should be on the label with the service tag number.

Inappropriate?Still no go. Both of those show up as Non-USA? It's almost like the PC was originally built outside of the USA?
