I will never buy a dell product again

I purchased a computer from Dell 18months ago and have had nothing but problems for a year now i have been complaining to them that nothing will work , I am fed up with talking to India I can not get to a manager this is the worst computer i have ever owned and the worse service , I feel like throwing it in the garbage .there response to everthing I say is sorry for your inconvienence. I just do not know where to go from here or how to contact dell in the U.S.A
