Is dell inspiron 530s PSU big enough to power a PNY Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS. If not can the 250w be upgraded if so where to get it? TIA

Inappropriate?I use a Nvidia Geforce 8600 GT in my 530s with the stock PSU. Worked for almost 2 years. Now the PSU appears to be going bad. My pc went into power save mode today and Nividia popped up saying that I was not getting enough power. I'm guessing that my PSU is going bad. But the 8400 GS will work with the stock PSU.
