Need contact info for Dell legal
How do I go about contacting and AMERICAN employee of Dell? Someone charged a computer on my Dell account that was shipped to Maryland (I live in Ohio). I have fought with customer service for 8 months now and the only people I have been able to talk to are obviously outsourced employees.

Inappropriate?It is DFS that I have been fighting with. I have filed 4 affidavits and was told that the order was keyed in incorrectly to my account and would be reversed. That was in November 2008. Nothing has changed and the penalties continue to accrue. This was a brand new account and I had never made a purchase on it. It was opened in September 2008 and the order showed up on my account in October 2008. I talked to a woman (I neglected to get her name) in November 2008 after I filed the affidavit of fraud and she informed me about the error. Since then, I continue to fight with DFS, the collection agencies they employ and now, with the credit reporting agencies. This is affecting my credit negatively and I am trying to purchase a home. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks
