Service Centre is a bogus word at DELL
Why in this day and age does it take so long to get a refund from Dell?
Due to Dell's error a duplicate order was shipped which I returned as confirm by UPS tracking numbers,but I have not been refunded the final $62.98.
In total I must have spent over 20 hours on the phone with your "service centre" and talked with as least 15 diferent people including (supervisor) but to no avail.
This has been going on since October 2008 and now it is the middle of February 2009 and still all I get is "we are looking into this and it should be settled within the next 10 days"
I have no complaints about the computer,but your "SERVICE CENTRE" is a disgrace to all service centres.
It does not matter to me where your service centres are located,but the least you can do is have your service people,have the authourity to use some common sense and be honest and straight forward with your customers.When and if I get my final refund i might be able to change opinion of Dell.
In the mean time can you tell me why anyone should support your company if this is indicative of your service.
