Video, power, hard drive: Dell XPS M1330 a total lemon
Motherboard replaced twice for video problems, once for power and overheating problems. Hard drive low-level formatted, replaced, failed again in 2 weeks. This machine is a complete lemon and I'm waiting to see how Dell responds to my demand for a new machine.

Inappropriate?Theyre trying to save money so they hire foreign call center companies so they can save money which also meant terrible service.
