WARRANTY ISSUSES AND IRATATIONS PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a issuse with dell tech , so far i bought a laptop from some one locally , a xps m1530 , with all the bells and wistles, did the transfer of ownership and everything , try to get tech support or new cd's sent out or even new HD when i went bad and got told everything was on hold to talk to some sharon lady , and i have called over 20 plus times to get this resolve in the end i went to newegg and bought a new 500gb hd for my laptop , and bought a new battery from ebay now, instead of th extened years of warranty i have i have to deal with buying the stuff over and over again , even though i paid extra for the warranty and never can get any response! service tag number of my xps m 1530 is , g1qytg1 , this is the second one that was sent out , becuase the first one i got had issuses with the service tag regesterd in UK and had to be sent back as well as mouse pad stoped working , replacement came , i am a big dell guy , i have bought the xps line for a long time since now , just like other day just got a xps m1330 since i wanted to upgrade my xps 1210 , and i also have a xps studio 13 and 16 for my office but i am no wary to tell my customers and my famiy to use dell becuase of this issues and have started to get inoyed with the problems i get then no help , and money out the window when i bought a extened warranty and act damage too
