Why does DEll not provide adequate support?
I have purchased a Dell computer three years ago. The motherboard has failed and Dell refuses to replace the motherbard as requested by my IT person. Now I cannot get my business files or personnel info. I do not think the Dell service backs the product and am very frustrated?

Inappropriate?notice how nobody answered this question. thats because nobody knows. they just dont. they con us into purchasing their products and then not follow up on the expensive warranty...
