Won't recommend Dell to employer for purchase.

my inspiron e1405 says it does not recognize the ac adapter, but it is the original. It works with the adapter plugged in, but the battery will not charge.This laptop is less than two years old. This is my second Dell, but I think this is the last Dell I will ever purchase.
