XPS 630i maybe I should have bought an e-machine......

My new (1 month old) XPS 630i has had software conflict problems from the very first day I turned it on. First day, it froze in hibernate mode (I had not even set this...) after I left it on for two hours. Over the next month, every few days to one week another "software conflict" according to XPS 24/7 4 year support staff. They keep saying there is no hardware issue, so, there is nothing they can do except search for an error and correct it each time. The first time, first day, apparently the BIOS was soooo old it needed an update. A day old freakin' 'OH MY GOD' XPS 630i.......... Since then, more issues, different ones, of course, have appeared. Tonight, Dec. 2, 2008, computer froze in Word; lost a document. XPS 24/7 4 years support couldn't even find an error. Lets see: BIOS update, Nvidia driver and update, Superfetch problem, it goes on and on AND looks like since it is not a hardware problem, may never be resolved. Can anybody tell me how to get Dell to really look at this computer and fix it for good?
