XPS M140 battery charge indicator flashes amber when plugged in
My XPS M140 battery charge indicator flashes amber when plugged in for a while.
If I unplug it, the flashing stops, and system appears to run on battery just fine. It doesn't last as long as it used to, but I figure it's because it's two years old.
After the battery discharges, I plug it in and the charge indicator turns steady green as normal, indicating it is charging. It will continue to charge until "full" and the green charge indicator turns off.
But if left plugged in, it will start to flash amber, even if the system is off or in hibernate.
System otherwise seems to run OK.
