Attachments
Please add the ability to attach items to messages and issues. Right Now DeskAway is making us more dependent on email as we have to send an email references the message or issue title/number instead of just putting it there. Especially for issues developers can see what you are seeing. Should count towards our account usage limit anyway.

So, you want to upload files to issues, messages and possibly tasks as well, right?

Inappropriate?What I meant by that is when we report an issue. The developer is asking us for several things:
1. Steps to reproduce
2. Screenshot of the issue
Since our plans currently come with some kind of space limit depending on the type of account you have 250 MB for example, then it should not matter that this feature is implemented as it is going to go towards our space allocation.
Ability to attach to a message and issue is a must as we still have to use email for these items, but attaching to tasks too would not hurt.

Inappropriate?I agree with this idea. I hate to compare but I would love it if the Message area was laid out a bit more like bascamp. Just making the messages a bit more tidy and professional and of course adding the ability to attach files! This really helps when you are communicating with clients.

Inappropriate?I understand. This will be done. Adding of attachments in the Issues and Messages section as well as sending content via email. These are on our plate currently.
