Integration with Microsoft Outlook
Do you foresee every integrating with Microsoft Outlook for email - in addition to deskmail. I ask this because I would like to include my clients as a team member so they can see the status, add comments, etc. so I need an email program that can work with deskaway and my clients-which is usually outlook.

Inappropriate?You can send out Deskmail via Outlook. Your Outlook clients can create task and task comments via our Deskmail feature with Outlook.
What exactly do you need in addition to this?

Inappropriate?I am a freelance graphic designer and its only me and my assistant - I am trying to keep costs down and am trying to avoid needing to add deskmail to my services. I just wanted to provide my clients the chance to view their projects instead of emailing and calling me all the time checking the status.
