Need ability to "receive an email" notification to myself
When selecting "Select people that should receive an email about this comment or file:" I need to be able to select MYSELF.
1) Sometimes I want a record in my email
2) I want to make sure the email notification is sent, looks right, etc - and I can't do that if I can't select myself.
