Need to have permissions on all projects
There needs to be a super-super user (manager) that can access all projects. Currently as the manager, I can only access the projects on which I've been assigned something.
Alternatively this could be handled by the ability to automatically add some users to all projects.

There should be an "admin" permissions so managers can view all projects regardless if they are part of it or not.
We can add managers to the project as a super user, but then they'll get flooded for every detail added to the project.

Inappropriate?Sure I understand. This is what we are thinking of. Ideas welcome.
1. The "Account Owner" will have access to all projects
2. Super Users will have access to only the projects they are assigned to (like it is now). Though there can be an option when adding a new Super User to add him/her to all current and future projects.
How does that sound?

Super Users/Account Owners can see all projects in the system. If you want to give them access to go inside the project, you will have to manually add them to the project.
