Does the reporting feature allow a report of all tasks, people and dates for ALL projects, in one report?

Inappropriate?You can get an entire report with tasks and dates, user wise (with all projects) or project wise (with all users).
The user wise report can be accessed under the Team tab, you have to view detailed report for any user.
Project wise you can see the project progress report under the Project tab.
