Syncing with MS Outlook
Is it possible for us to integrate the tasks and milestones with Microsoft Outlook? This would make tracking jobs easier, when in an offine mode.

You can use the ical feature of Outlook to subscribe to your DeskAway Calendar. Login to DeskAway, goto Calendar and then take the ical link from the left panel.
PS - You might see the VEVENT warning (this is an OutLook discrepancy) in Outlook and would ask you to just ignore it.

Inappropriate?This does not work :( . I downloaded the ics file, but when opening it in outlook it says file corrupted (do not see the above mentioned error).
I also tried the import method in outlook, that also gave an error message.
Also the ical file fails to open in MS Outlook.

Inappropriate?At our end the iCal is working in Out look.
The Outlook version is: Microsoft Office Out look 2007(12.0.4518.10.14) MSO(12.0.4518.1014).
Please let us know what version of Out look you are using! -

Inappropriate?I haven't played with it yet but someone has releases a BaseCamp Outlook plugin that looks good. It would be great if DeskAway could offer the same.

Took a look at ongoo.org - they too only support Outlook 2007!
