Unable to move a task - move link not available, what do I do?
The MOVE function is not available for moving a task to another task list within the same project. I can copy it to another project, by the move link is not available at all at stated in this help file:

Inappropriate?Hello,
You can move a Task from one Task List to another.
Conditions:
- If you are trying to move your Task by clicking on a single Task List then you will not see the Move link in the Task show hide window.
- You need to have more than 1 Current Task List to move a Task.
- You can not move a Task to a Completed Task List.
