Where the heck do I manage DEPARTMENTS?
How does one create DEPARTMENTS for assigning to TEAM MEMBERS???
Am I dumb, blind, stupid or crazy? I just don't see anything anywhere about DEPARTMENTS except for a grayed out field in the TEAM MEMBERS profile.

Inappropriate?You can create departments from the 'Settings->Categories' section and then assign Team Members to a particular department. While adding Contacts, you can choose which department in your company will have the permission to see the contact you are adding.
Departments is a feature that has not taken off yet so if you want, you can ignore it for now. Sorry about the confusion.

Inappropriate?Microsoft or the "web 2.0 world" had me brainwashed. I always look up right for sub-options. I have the same problem with SmarterTools (Mail, Stats).
