Why can't team members be linked to companies from contacts?
Why do you have us type in company names every time we add a team member? Shouldn't there be a way to associate team members with companies already listed in your contacts?

Inappropriate?You are right - we had this earlier but had to remove the linkage as it was breaking the permission model. We will be revisiting this and are aware of a tight integration between the Contacts and the Calendar to projects would be of great use.
