Away when Idle

Allow the user to define an idle time. When the computer has been inactive for that period, DT enters the "Away" mode, in order to save API calls. This could be useful when you have multiple computers with DT installed. That way, when I'm using my laptop, my desktop will go "away" and I won't run out of API calls.
