Dexrex skipping messages when archiving SMSs

Dexrex is skipping messages when archiving my SMSs. Unfortunately, it happens to also be skipping critical messages I need for a legal case! Is there a way to go back and have one SMS be archived? Or will it never be archived should it be missed the first time around? Please help - this is very critical :(
