Manual backup on BB?
There is no information on your site or help file for the BB application. How do you do a manual backup? How often are backups performed? Is there settings so that I can control how often my backups are performed? From what I understand on your website it appears as if BlackBerry Messenger is now supported: is that correct?

The Dexrex BB Application has no need for a manual backup, as it automatically archives your messages as you receive them. Therefore, backups take place instantaneously. You cannot control how often backups are performed because it is an automated system.
Currently, we do not offer support for BlackBerry messenger but we love to hear feedback from our users. If you think we should support it, let us know!
