A little bit of trouble with my email program

I love your site..and im really enjoying diary.com...i have noticed something though that might require attaintion...i have emailed entrys into my diary...but the only way i can get it to work is to type the entire entry into the subject line of the email...now i dont know if its the same with other email programs, but i can only get it to work this way from my email from work...i just thought you should know..and maybe if others are having the same problem too..to post instructions on how to mail it..cause it took me a while to figure out how to do it..haha...thank you so much !!
