I am on Digg.com and have tried to digg several posts tonight. I keep getting a popup that says "Token appears to be invalid." I've tried hard-refreshing. How can I make my diggs count?
I'm trying to delete the blogging tool for wordpress and every time I click the button "Disable Blog" it takes me to the page that you would get to if you hit the Change Blog Settings. I tired to change my blog settings but when I do it says my blog location is wrong and my password is wrong. That's why I need to change my setting or delete and start over. What should I do to correct this issue? I submitted a bug report.
Now that we have the digg bar that can be used to share links directly to a site, but still give us the ability to digg a site, the RSS feeds for topics should go directly there.
Digg only allows characters a-z, A-Z and 0-9 for passwords. I would like to set a stronger password with special characters. Just about every other site can do this. Please enhance Digg's password policy to allow special characters to be used.
Soooooooooo slooooooooooooow. Slowed my blog down so much I took the buttons off after a few hours after researching and seeing that it's a common complaint.
There are people on Digg who are my "fans", and they are sending me (what I call) "spammy shouts". I want to block their shouts, although I cannot find an obvious way of doing this. Can someone please tell me how I can block shouts from specific users on Digg.com.
I am trying to add the Digg facebook app, but it does not have an add button. There is a forum discussion on the site, they suggest an alternate link for the new facebook, but that page is under construction. Any ideas?
My major concern is the reason behind taking such a harsh decision and disabling my digg account permanently. I got the mail from digg people that I have been banned because I did some prohibited submission. I really don't know what exactly they are pointing to.. and they just left with a note as their decision is final and irreversible. But I am really curious to know exactly what I did??? My digg submissions can be tracked here http://digg.com/users/skewl/history/s...
So please, can I appeal to the concerned authorities and other people around there to look into this matter and let me know exactly why it was done to me and what are the next steps I need to take to get my account back. I'll really appreciate any help on this matter. Please guys, do respond!!
I login to my digg account from both opera and firefox, visit the same story on both browsers, and sadly - no comments load in firefox 3. Or rather, they appear, then disappear quickly after loading.
I'm having an issue where when I change my password via "i forgot my password" link (send email, click on the link in email), the next time I try to log in with the password that I set, it disallows me to login again. I've done this about 3-4 times now (basically setting it to the same password sos that I don't forget)... and it's approaching annoying.
One of my domains have been banned from digg. it gives the following error "This URL has been widely reported by users as being regularly used to spam Digg's submission process and cannot be submitted at this time." .. Its been banned for a month now. i think there were 3 to 4 submissions on digg whereas there are 200+ stories/day on my site.
Who to contact? Whats the right procedure to know what exactly is the problem?
