Embedding and copyright
I was wondering about the copyright implications of embedding Dipity timelines on my course website for teaching. The Terms of Service say Dipity is the copyright holder of all content. Yet it makes embedding technically possible and indeed very easy.
So the question is: Is it legal to embed Dipity timelines on an educational website?

Hi Jottce,
Thanks for asking. Basically, Dipity requires some rights to be able to store, display etc. your content in order to run the service. As for your content, you own the rights and terminate any of Dipity's rights to the content based on your termination of your account or removal of that content from the service.
