I have had a problem, with reception, on my NFL Sunday Ticket, all year. It constantly goes out, and searches for the satellite. I called Direct TV, they came out once, but did not fix, the problem. My second service call, was canceled, and moved up, a week. The supervisor, who was argumentative, and did not treat me like a person, that on a monthly basis, pays them, well over $200.00 dollars, a month, for two residences, plus the price of Sunday Ticket, was very rude. In the past, they always took care of me. The reason, left on my phone, said, that they did something, that may have fixed it, so without speaking with me, changed my appointment. They said they do not, refund, for NFL Sunday Ticket. What can I do, to get satisfaction?
