Add commenter's latest blog post to end of comments, a la CommentLuv
It'd be awesome if users could add a feed to their Disqus profile, and then have the newest item from that feed show up when they leave a comment on someone's blog. Of course, that should be optional both on part of the commenter and blogger (site-wide preference for blog or site with comments, plus an option at post-time for commenters).
