Localization/Emoticons/Formatting

Even though it's being discussed in the forums I think this is also a good place to suggest the following to anyone representing Disqus, just in case they're listening:

- Please, please do offer some localization for using Disqus on non-English blogs! This has been quite a dealbreaker so far -- I would gladly help you out with the German translation and I'm sure the community has to offer lots more...

- Since the Disqus Wordpress plugin kind of disables all other comment-related plugins, there's no more emoticons in the comments -- at least not on my blogs...!? Could you please offer some way to include emoticons...?!

- Other plugins I was using offered some simple basic WYSIWYG formatting options within the comments, like bold face, italic, insert hyperlink and such -- is there any way you could do something like that with Disqus...?! (Or at least play nice with other plugins? ;)))
