Why won't pingbacks show up as Disqus comments?
I recently had an inbound pingback that Wordpress asked me to approve, but when I approved it, it didn't show up in my comment stream. Do I need to make sure people are using the Disqus trackback link when linking to my posts?
I don't want to lose the pingbacks on my blog. It is a sign for my readers that I am providing good content that warrants links.

Inappropriate?There is an option in the admin under settings to display trackbacks. Enable that and see if your trackbacks display - worked for me. -

Inappropriate?Once the "Trackbacks" feature is enabled, go under Advanced Options and re-import the comments. This seems to work for me...
