Additional Listings Similar to the Posted MLS Property
When we post for one mls number, at the end of the post could it display the 5 or 10 closest listings or similar to that mls property we selected to blog about?

At the very least, it would be nice to be able to use a shortcode with Lat/Lng and a radius field (or zoom level) to accomplish a similar goal of showing surrounding property results.
Instead of setting the corners with the coordinates, it would be a lot more "Realtor Friendly(1)" to use a center point to display listings within 1/2/3 mile(s), etc.
Using idx-q-LatitudeMin, idx-q-LatitudeMax, idx-q-LongitudeMin and idx-q-LongitudeMax to add a second search of surrounding listings to a subdivision/tract page is not impossible (we used firebug to extract about 200 TL and BR coords using WN's maptracks on another project), but qualifies as "Not Fun +1" to create this data and was not very "Nerd Friendly(2)" :)
(1) - Realtor Friendly - So Easy, it almost does it by itself
(2) - Nerd Friendly - So Difficult, only a nerd would enjoy doing it -
