Allow agent/broker listings to bias to top of search results

I'd like for my listings to be biased to the top of any search result for which the listing qualifies. For example, I have several pages dedicated to specific neighborhoods. If I have a listing in that neighborhood, I'd like for my listing to be shown at the top of those results, regardless what the sort order is. Many other IDX providers have this option. It could just be a checkbox in the dsSearchAgent control panel that we could select if we want that bias.
