dsIDXpress plugin crashing site navigation

The dsIDXpress plugin appears to be crashing the navigation on my site. When a client or visitor selects a home's detail the entire navigation is wiped out except for Home (the home page link) including all content.

The plugin also appears to be setting a cookie that further blocks the content from displaying as users and myself have been able to duplicate the issue. The site comes back when all cookies are deleted and the browser cleared; however, the issue appears to be recurring
