It's hard to say exactly. Those are not words I'm trying to optimize for so if Google thinks those are the most important it makes it that much less likely I can rank on the terms I want. Since I put it on a site that has very little other content (there is no blog) I don't know how much of an impact this will have.

I wonder if this would help.
You add a text widget to the sidebar naming it, let's say "Featured Cities" and then list the links of cities that you specialize int eg.
Marysville Real Estate
Everett Real Estate
Lynnwood Real Estate.
etc (I have one on my blogsite)
Then all generated pages would show this as well. Wouldn't it then mean that you'll have at least as many mentions of your target cities + "real estate" as the words "size", "bath" etc? -

I'm concerned that Google would see that as too spammy because of all the cities I do.
