Single listing needs a better look.
I don't know about others, but most of the "hits" I'm getting from the idxpress is coming on those searching for a particular address or mls #. Which is quite alright...BUT, the page that comes up needs some work. The top of the page with the picture looks okay. The text on the description is too big. The rest of the page should not automatically be displayed...it just runs on forever. Maybe a collapsable "option" to see more? The google map is great but no one ever gets down that far. If it were more concise I think we would have a better chance of capturing the person to stick around and look at other things? Hey Jay, thanks. I think you may be right about the large text for the description? But I'm still not thrilled with the listing "running on forever"...Schools, additional details, features could be condensed with an option to expand. Most buyers are really just interested in pictures, size, bedrooms/baths, location, and price. It would be nice to see the map closer to the top.

I agree, the single listing look is too long. A shorter look with various information tabs a-la dsSearchAgent would be nice. Failing that, a "Map this Property" button on the top which scrolls the user to the map, the same way the "Request More Info" and "Schedule a Showing" buttons work. -
