Slow MLS data import?

This is an example: http://www.mnseller.com/idx/mls-39649...

50+ hours after it was put into the MLS and photos were added it is showing as one of the newest listings and has no photos.

Is there a reason the MLS updates are taking so long to hit the IDX?
