Progress Feedback Sparse, Unclear
It's been almost half an hour with zero feedback regarding my Divvs rating (with sporadic page reloads from me). Processing progress is sitting at zero. If you really want people to use your online service and become to the Google PageRank of social ratings, you should really consider providing a bit more feedback about the calculation process so that someone who submits a lot of private info (email, phone number, et al.) isn't left wondering, "...now what?"
Something as simple as, "please be patient, this can take a while" or "this can take several hours" or "we'll send you a confirmation email when we're done calculating". Also, the textual implication that there are people manually calculating your rating is a dangerous suggestion for an automated web service.

Inappropriate?Agreed. This is the number one issue on our plate right now: how to make this go faster. It used to take hours! Now we've got it down to 15-30 minutes, but it's nowhere near fast enough. I want it to be minutes, or less.
Thanks for the feedback, and for trying Divvs.

Inappropriate?Michael,
Thank you for your reply. I must say I've been thoroughly impressed with how connected you are to your users, and am very excited to see Divvs place in the social and work environments.
I can only imagine with LinkedIn's success that a social ranking aggregation service like Divvs will be huge. I wish everyone at Divvs the best.
Cheers,
Michael
