Thanks for your message. Group management is still an admin-only feature, but we're happy to create you a new group (a sub group is not possible). Please send the name of the group, the logo for the group (128x128 pixels) and the appropriate email domains to feedback@dopplr.com, and we'll take it from there. You can also send us a smaller icon (12px high, 120px wide) to be added to trips in this group.
