What if my trip is a cruise? There definitely needs to be the option for "boat" or "ship" I'll let the Dopplr guys choose.

This is actually a very popular request from people - people ask us for more transport options a lot, and travelling by sea is especially popular. So we're working on it and will be including more options (including ship/boat) in a release soon.
